Hello. To reduce weight follow these steps:- 1. Eat healthy diet like all green leafy veges, fresh fruits. Include green salad in your diet. 2. Drink plenty of water (10-12 glass daily). 3. Protein is good for body. Its high in soya food and non veg. Prefer lean meat. Avoid yellow part of egg. 4. Nuts are also good for healthy body. Its rich in fiber. 5. Avoid junk food and fried things. 6. Take skimmed milk in your diet. 7. Start regular exercise. You can do jogging, running, aerobics, cycling, skipping. This will help you to reduce weight.
