Young adults need atleast 7-9 hrs of sleep everyday. If sleep pattern is disturbed or inadequate sleep, it will cause fatigue, lethargy, and lack of motivation, moodiness and irritability. Maintain your routine...If not possible than take naps in the morning . Avoid coffee late in the night. Hope this helps u.
