If you can balance you ahar (diet) nidra (sleep) and brahmacharya (celebecy) then you can maintain your weigh. Because if you think alone with silence then you will find that whenever your sleep was proper or food was proper on time and quality you felt more energetic and whenever you did faulty sleeps or faulty diet you felt less energy. So first of all correct you food and sleepings and after of this if you can not find any solution then try medical treatment. Otherwise no need of medicine for hard workers in age of just 23 years only.
