Yes, start working out. You need an external force with good diet to loose it. Change your oil to olive oil. Avoid taking alcohol and fried food.

To reduce fat do exercise.Eat small amsount of food.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Take watery vegetables,fruits.Use unrefined foods.Use small amount of healthy fats in cooking.Use lukewarm water after meals.Do sleep immediately after meals.These are basic but for more quick effective result consult privately on Lybrate.
