I don't have weight matching to my height. My BMI is too low. Can you help to put up some weight? Also I need to know that if I go to the gym will be a problem to my health?

Your proper weight is 78 kg according to height.Do exercise like weight lifting,yoga,other muscle building exercise.Take extra food than before.Use dense fruits,vegetables.Extra protein will help you to gain weight.Add healthy oil in cooking.Add butter,cream,ghee etc with foods.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Take stress free rest.These are basic but for more quick result consult me on Lybrate.
