Dear doc. I am 40 years old suffering from diabeties from last 10 years almost controling on diet and exercise some it goes upto 220 please them I take matformin 1000 till come normal 160-170 but now a days I am feeling lower feet pain on the time of sleeping at morning its ok and I have only 5-6 hrs sleep for improving this I take many treatments as zolpidon etc. But no results my gernal bp kept in 85-90/130-140 range I am not taking any medicine this time. My wt. Is 67 kg with 5. 5 ft height please suggest me your valuavle adwises thanks
