Recently, I have gone for a" Post Prandial Blood Glucose (PPBS" Blood sugar fasting" &" Random Blood sugar test" PPBS - 144 mg/dI, Blood Sugar fasting - 117 mg/dI, Random blood sugar - 93mg/dI. Please confirm do I have diabetics or Pre-diabetics? What precaution do I need to take? What food do I need to avoid? Also, I'm on treatment for hypothyroid for past 1 year. As per recent report, TSH value is 3.12 mIU/mL. Free T3, Free T4, T3 & T4 levels are normal. Do I still need to continue medicine for thyroid?(thyronorm 25 mcg. Wht is the best time to give blood sample for thyroid profile test like T3, T4 & TSH? Kindly answer all of my questions.
