Hi, My weight is 77 now after pregnancy 10 kg increase. I am breastfeeding for 1 year baby so how to reduce with healthy way? And my tummy also want to reduce so please give some ideas.

Continue breastfeeding, it will help u loose some fat Also u need to jog or brisk walk for 4-5 km daily along with high protein diet, low carbohydrate snd low oil

You want to reduce weight gained after pregnancy.I advise you to do gym exercises of your problem parts and take more proteins and less fats and carbohydrates.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.
