Dear lybrate-user, the yellowish lining in your teeth is likely to calculus. Calculus is a hard substance that forms on or between the teeth due to inappropriate/incorrect cleaning. Although you are brushing regularly, but the hardened deposits can be only be removed once you get professional cleaning/scaling done from a dentist. This hard substance may also be accompanied by brownish stains, which usually get deposited due to intake of tea/coffee or due to smoking. Kindly get a thorough cleaning done.
