Sir, I am 19 years old and I am of average health (not fat). My stomach is also flat but I have fat stored in both of my chest (man's Breast) you can say. Its small but still there's is extra fat which gives me ugly look. I have this thing from 4 years. I had heard that it goes with time, but it is still here. What can I do. I am scared if I do push ups my height may stop growing.
