Definitely tobacco plays a very strong negative impact on the ones health both physically and mentally. You need to consume high protein rich foods like soya, soya milk, tofu, paneer, egg, fish, milk, cheese, nuts, dry fruits regularly. Also include soya, fresh fruit and a dry fruit milk shake in your diet on regular basis.
