Having pain in lower legs while and after running. What' s the reason behind this kind of pain and what to do to overcome this pain?

If you have just recently started the exercise, then it is very common for the first few days. Ideally, you should do warm up before and after running. Secondly, do not strain yourself on the first day itself. Begin slowly and increase exercise and distance week by week. Adequate hydration, nutritious diet and adequate sleep are equally important.
