Hi, as far as your pain is concerned, back pain can arise due. To a multitude of causes some of them being bad posture, infection or low vitamin d levels. So if exercises are not working, then we need to get you investigated for the cause. Please get the following blood tests fasting: calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphotase, vitamin d levels, pth, hb, tlc, dlc, esr, uric acid. Also get an x-ray of the a affected region of the sound ap and lateral views. Revert back with investigation.
