I am suffering from neck pain from 2 to 3 months. Pain extends upward ND downward from the cervical region. What's dat I m suffering from.

Lybrate-user it's most probably cervical spondylosis. It may be due to long hours on working. You should take small pillow, do cervical spine strengthening exercises and avoid working for long hours and take frequent brakes. It will resolve in some days.

Ya it is cervical spondylitis most probably. You shd avoid extreme neck movement like full turning of head, full forward and backward benring. Can take tab. Dolo 650 1 tab sos. If not benefits then meet doctor.
