I have joint pain and coccydynia. I took vitamin3 60 k once a week for one month. Now I am pain less. Is it necessary to continue it. Then how long? Please inform me in detail.

You can take it once a month regularly. Alternate solution is sunlight exposure daily at afternoon 11am to 2 pm for 15 to 30 minutes depending upon exposure. Direct exposure to skin is required not through clothes.
