My daughter 12 years old has dribbling of urine since birth. She had undegone colostomy, pull through and colostomy closure. Detethering done tor tethered cord. She has low pressure bladder of small capacity. No reflex found. Doctors advice for augumentation with mitrofanoff with bladder neck closure. Is it necessary for this surgery. If this surgery is not done what will be the problem for her? Please advice.
