I ever eat evry thing. Take a balanced diet rich of protein n carbohydrate. But I never feel a little weight gain. I can't understand whats the problem. Please give me a suggestion.

Deepak 1st thing improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body by remedy medicines and walking regularly..take high protein diet..take aayurvedic chitrakadi bati after meal...take ashwgandha powder twice a day with water..take good sound sleep after meal...avoid smoking if you do...maximum intake of fruit juices and nuts....
