I am a regular gym goer for 5 years and maintain a good physique but I feel very weak when I don't have adequate sleep or if I don't hit gym. Please advice.

A high calorie high protein diet, wd regular supervised exercise will help you put on muscle mass n hence b more fitter. Concentrate on muscle gain n not only weight gain.

Obviously who is not having complete sleep will feel lethargic & weak. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours and make sure your head is in south or east direction while sleeping never on north or west, going gym is a nice thing but if you miss your gym that day try to do some pushups, situps or few other body exersies at home.
