Is protien powder bad for our health. I am going to gym daily and my muscles are not in that much shape. So can I start using protien powders to gain energy.? Is it bad or anY side affects will cause?

Along with gym you should increase your calories.Protein intake should be increased.You can use nutritional supplement for better result.It has no side effects.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Drink lots of water.Stay always hydrated.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Stay always active.Take quality sleep.
