Hi, I am a 18year old boy and I have excessive fats in my body. I want to get rid of those fats, but due to my studies and my daily fixed routines I don't get any time for physical exercise, I am in a deep trouble with my body fats and I want to reduce my fats, please give give me some advice to get rid of this problem, I will look forward for your answer.
