Hello sir i'm salman 27 years old, I use to smoke cigarettes and weed. One day I was high smoking weed and cigarettes suddenly I got severe cramp in my right abdomen area. I was so afraid at that time. Since than I haven't smoked anything it's been 5 days. The severe pain was gone but not i'm feeling needle like pain in my lower abdomen area once in a while through out the day. And my right leg below knee. Specially my foot is feeling constant small vibration like sensation. Help me out please.
