Does using drez v gel as a lubricant during sex interfere or possibly prevent pregnancy? Can the chemicals in the gel affect the sperms?

Hello- drez v gel 30gm is used to treat vaginal infections, such as bacterial vaginosis (bv), candidiasis and trichomoniasis. It consists of 'clindamycin' (antibiotic) and 'clotrimazole' (antifungal). Clindamycin is an antibiotic drug and works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, which inhibits bacterial growth. Since it is not a lube and definitely not a neutral one, it is not healthy for the sperms and may cause issues in natural conception.
