I am too much fat. I eat medicines to and prefer to so many doctor. What should I do.

Hello lybrate-user, first of all exercise is the major part to lose your body fat. 1) avoid rice, sugar, & alcohol 2) include lots of fibre in your diet. 3) eat salad as much as you can. 4) take 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds power before meals twice a day and drink luke warm water. 5) avoid oily fatty food 6) drink hot water through out the day you can start with fat management kit also thanks.
