My blood pressure is on higher side 140/100. I am 34 years old. Kindly advice me how to lower it to normal range and wot all food shd I avoid? than.

At this age high blood pressure generally develops because of stressfull life with irregular schedule inadequate sleep lack of exercise and eating junk food. You should modify your lifestyle to avoid all this. You should exercise regularly. Perform isotonic exercise like walking aerobic etc. Control fat and salt in diet. Drink adequate amount of water. Start meditation to relax your mind. If all these things don't help consult a physician/ cardiologist.
