To gain weight eat food more frequently.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Protein foods help to gain weight.You can use nutritional nutritional supplement.Use lots of fruits,vegetables.Avoid smoking,alcohol.No water during meals Do exercise like weight lifting,push ups and other muscle building exercise.These basic things will help you. Yes fish Oil is good for health.
