Hello, I am 22 years old and now I am facing with a problem where when I read something or remember something I tend to forget it or can't clearly remember it. The brain is like in a pause state where how much ever I feed it, it takes least or responds less. To clarify more No problem other than this which would have led this. Before 2years I used to be quick grasper but now need to read many a times still everything won't be recalled! is it biological change or psychological change? Any solution for it?

It can be both, biological and psychological. At 21 years you are into professional course where the type of study is different from what u did till 12th, this requires some witful techniques to learn things. Psychological, because at 21 years, you might have a lot of stressful factors around you which can affect your levels of concentration and attention span, if that is the cause, then consult me soon.
