Hi I' m a 17 year old guy. Currently I weigh around 53 kgs. And height is 5' 4. I workout in gym 6 days a week. Suggest some advice for improving physique.

Gym practices six days in a week are not advisable, reduce to three days and do some light daily exercise like morning walk. 1-amla powder 100gm + kala namak 15gm mix thoroughly take 5-6 gm daily at bed time with water. 2- capsule shilaji 500mg twice in a day with water. Continue for three months.
