Dear lybrate user. 1) do yogasan regularly (pacchimottasan, halasan, sarvangasan, pavanmuktasan, bhujangasan) upto 15-30 minutes. 2) walk upto 4-5 kilometers daily. 3) do exercises like running, jogging, swimming, aerobics, cycling. Do all these things for 30 days. It gives you good result.
