My head is spinning from last 15 days more often during night while going to bed, get little bit dis balance while walking sometimes. Feeling burning sensation in feet and hand fingers. What may be the actual cause and remedy. Age is 46 male

Usually this postural dizziness/vertigo is symptom of bppv (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) that occurs due to dislodgement of some particles in the ear from one place to another which can be corrected by a manouvre(epley' s). For that u should consult an ent specialist or else start tab. Vertin 16 mg three times a day.
