I delivered my baby through c section and from day one I was not able to latch nipple to my baby. And then after 20 days I was able to breast feed and as my milk supply was very low I opted for galact granules. And if I don't consume it ,the milk supply will reduce. I am taking 3-4 litres of water per day and rice and vegetable sambar. My diet includes beetroot, carrot, leafy vegetables, milk, bread, dal (in low quantity). Please suggest me if any changes in diet need to be done.
