Only high creatinine means kidney disease! bcoz my blood creatinine level is 1.44 but urea and every other thing is normal. Urine dipstick test normal no proteins rbc nothing at all. Spot urine acr test is normal level 7.4 so should I worry too much about it?

Well it can be due to so many causes, as other parameters are normal then there is less chance of any serious kidney disease.
