Some dieting plans. Early morning when u wake up at that time 2glass of water, and in the brekfast u take easy digest the food like idly. R dosa r upma. Afternoon lunch. 1 bawl vegitable. And 2rotis and sabji. And buttermilk. And 5pm u take fresh juice and dinner 8-9 same as lunch. And avoid oily food rice and sweet. Cold drinks coffee tea. And u start morning regular walking.
