I am a 20 year old student. I have been suffering from depression for the last 8-10 months. I am unable to concentrate on my studies and lately I have started to lose focus on my career and my goals. I am demotivated, frustrated and starting to lose my self esteem. I was a very good student and I secured high marks during my board exams but now I don't feel like studying. I have started losing confidence. What should I do?
