My work is in lab tecnician but my porblen last 6 month mamery loss in small small time. Exmple if i am going swarget but I goes to the shivajinagar.

Look, in your case it appears that your mind remains pre-occupied with some thoughts and as a result you often can not pay attention to desired events, tasks. These thoughts may be worries, apprehension or mind pleasing. Such a thing can happen with any body. If you remember that you forget, it means your memory is ok, your mind seems to be elsewhere for the time. You may be stressed/ depressed and may be thinking about past/present/future excessively. If so, you need a psychiatric consultation to rule out anxiety/ stress.
