Despite how much ever I try, o am unable to reduce my body fat/weight, I do not have that huge an appetite, still I am fat. What can be the reasons and what are the solutions?

Please note that hormonal imbalance/hereditary/sedentary-lifestyle can also lead to obesity. You need to do tread mill at least 30-45 min daily. Also take your meals at regular intervals -- do not skip meals. But take only 4 meals a day and nothing -nothing (except water) apart this four times. If you feel hungry apart from this 4 times then take cucumber/papaya only and nothing. Do get back to me after 4 weeks.
