I have gone for full body checkup recently. And reports says my d vitamin is very deficient. Vitd25oh 12.10 ng/ml. Doctor suggested use Calcirol 1g (60, 000 IU) sachet once in a week with milk. One of my friend who's doing research (in USA) on D3 and other vitamins suggested instead of taking 60, 000 IU once in a week, Research results shows that 10, 000 IU per day capsules taking for 1 month have better results. Someone suggest what are the best brand d3 vitamin capsules for 10, 000 IU available in india?

There are many researchers and many researches. But until it gets accepted uniformly it is just a data. Currently the recommendations are once a week only.
