By doing gym daily, does it make our nervous system weak and does it affect our sexual life after marriage? And does swimming reduce the gym body?

Hye. When any exercise is done in the right amount and technique, it does not harm your body. If your diet is well planned you do not develop weakness. And I don't understand what you mean by gym body. But, if you discontinue your exercise routine totally, you will lose all the physique of the body you have tried to achieve.
