I have frequent headache, sleeplessness, occasional pain in the neck, throat pain and muscle ache. What's wrong with me?

Headache can be due to multiple reasons. High blood pressure/ problems of near or distant vision. Not using spectacles/ change required in glasses power. Nose/ ear / throat infection/ sinus infection/tooth infection. For treatment of specific cause of disease, consult your doctor. However rest/ steam inhalation/ applying balm on fore head/ tea /coffee may help. Throat pain can be due to upper respiratory infection. There can be fever/ cough/ headache/ nasal discharge. Warm saline gargles, steam inhalation/ drinking hot fluids like water/tea/coffee/soup may give relief. Keeping lozenges in mouth may give soothing feeling. For specific medication consult your doctor 9. Sleep hygiene is term used for availing sound sleep. Bed should be cushioned, no wrinkles on bed sheet. Loose night suit, no light or sound of ticking clock/ noise from mobile in the room, small soft pillow. No tea /coffee/ excessive water/ overeating, before going to bed. Sleep has two phases, rem (rapid eye movement) sleep and nrem (non rapid eye movement) sleep. These phases keep alternating at some interval. Rem sleep is sound sleep and dreams are experienced in this phase. Going to sleep while sitting in bus /chair (cat nap) occur in rem sleep. If you experience one rem sleep/cat nap, you will have satisfaction of adequate sleep. If you hit the bed during nrem sleep phase then you will keep tossing in bed till rem sleep phase come. Don't carry your office tension to bed room.
