Doctor, I am a controlled sugar patient since 2011 earlier I was a positive energy man and now I am almost feeling negative energy. I saw a bad dream about my little girl that she killed and I am thinking about that incident how can I avoid this thinking and getting positive mood all time. Dear sir I understand your distress. A good way to handle stress is to start exercising and eat healthy. Spend time with your daughters doing things they enjoy. Have a routine for some things during the day. Find something to do everyday that you enjoy, any hobby. Keep your sleep timings the same every day. All this will help get your mind off worries. A healthy body will lead to a healthy mind. If however, these do not work, you may speak to a counsellor or psychologist. Take care.
