I am 58 years old and I suffer form the back pain, I am not sitting for long time without support. I also suffer for dry skin problem the sweet aching on whole body.

Please take following medicine:- pois. Iv. 0/3 three times a day for one month. Do regular low back exercises at least half an hour in the morning and half an hour at evening. Revert back after one month with feedback.

Do hot fomentation x twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees. And get vit d levels checked.
