I have a sleep prblm. I take sleep one time at night. Even I am so tired. But I can not sleep. My weight increase day to day. One week I take medicine for sleep. After stop medicine like before. I want sleep please suggest me. Now I sleep for 2 or 3 hrs.

Hi, do meditation every morning. Take kali phos 6x, 5 tabs every night. Take avena sativa q, 10 drops + passiflora q, 20 drops +, half cup of water at night 1 hour before sleeping. This will definitely help you. Thanks. Hello, you should do the following in order to get a proper sleep.
