My legs are very paining from last month and due to studies or some my eyes had gone in and there are black lines near my eyes. So please help?

This is all just because of studies stress. In such case avoid continuous study for late night or long time for 4-5-6 hours. You can take a break and then study. For leg pain take some alum in hot water and take fermentation with it for 15-20 min thrice a day. Using your thumb massage your painful area and over frontal head to release stress and tension. Regular intake of healthy dietry food rich in proteins and vitamins. Avoid fasting - eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed timings. Take min 7 hours of sleep. Make a habit of 20-25 min walking daily along with some meditations. Listen some soft music (or music you like) for some time to relax your mind. Do not over strain yourself. Meet some physio and can ask to make some changes in your day today activities. At this age you should study well but it should not hamper your health. Do not over stress your health because" youth is the future of the world" regards.
