Patient is in icu on ventilator. Initially suffering from malignant ascending colon with liver mets. Then on 2nd august, he suffered from brain strokes and on 10 aug, mri shows multiple brain hemorrhage. Now the condition is affecting other organs. From last 3 days, approx 30 ml urine is passed. Blood urea is increased to 338, creatinine increased to 5.58. Nephrologist has suggested for dialysis. But now bp is 100/60, sometimes 80/40. Icu doctor suggested not to go for dialysis with such low bp. Medication (norad) to increase bp is going on apart from other antibiotics and human albumin. Kindly suggest what should be the treatment procedure. What are the chances to survive.
