Lung cancer may cause symptoms due to local disease or distant mets. Locally it causes, cough tht just wudnt go (more than 3 wks), hemoptysis i. E. Coughing blood, chest pain, breathlessness, rarely difficulty in swallowing if mass or node is compressing food pipe from outside.
