I get pain on left side around my heart it a knockg pain, comong and going, sometimes in the center on chest between ribs, could it be heart pain?

If you feel any breathlessness and cough with pain then it may be cardiac problem else it may be due to abdominal gas. So you have to tell all your problems in detail.
