Hi doctor, while having sex with my wife she got wounded cut in the bottom portion of the vaginal skin, it was bleeding for the first day and now 2nd day bleeding stopped, but she is in pain, is there any problem or any medications to be taken, kindly advise the medicine names doctor. It's a slight cut at bottom portion of the vagina.

It appears she has a tear or abrasion. As with other parts of the body let it heal gradually and prevent any further trauma. If there is no further bleeding you can wait. No specific ointment is needed other than pain killers. But keep the area clean and dry and avoid local soaps there. If persistent or any signs of infection please consult a doctor.
