I am a very hard gainer and even going to gym not helped. Please tell me what to do I am really skinny and want some muscles.

Eat a heavy breakfast, also consume cow ghee at least 5 spoons in a day, start doing prithvi mudra 20 min everyday to gain 10 to 12 kg in just 4 months. Eat almonds everyday (10 -12). Drink cow milk, sleep at least 7 to 8 hours in a day. Drink lots of water, but never drink water after your meals give a gap of 90 minutes. Start doing surya namaskar every morning, in lunch eat more rice. In salad eat boil potato with kali mirch on it.
