Plz use a desensitizing toothpaste. Sensodyne or ra thermoseal and apply it on all surfaces of the sensitive tooth like an ointment and leave it for 5 min and then brush your teeth with the same paste. Do this twice for 15 days and see the difference

Sensitivity in the tooth may be because of hard brush or incorrect brushing technique. It may also be because of bruxism ie keeping your teeth in constant contact knowingly or unknowingly. Use any toothpaste like sensodyne or thermoseal rx for 15 days twice daily and use correct brushing technique. Avoid taking cold water or extremely hot beverages. If required visit a dentist so that he/she can fill the depressions on your teeth or place a crown or cap if more damage to the teeth has taken place.

Hi sir greetings of the day. You can use sensitive toothpastes available in the market. Just apply the paste on the sensitive areas & leave it for 5 mins & the brush with the same. You should get a check up done for any cuts or abrasions on teeth which are causing the sensitivity. Regards

The sensation in your teeth can be due to a number of different reasons like decay/ cavities, shrinkage/ recession of gums, wearing/ attrition of teeth etc. You need to be examined properly by a dentist to determine the cause and appropriate treatment can be suggested accordingly.
