I've been struggling with some problems that seem to be related to sex. Basic scenario that takes place after my wife and I have normal intercourse: next day/after some time I find myself exhausted, my eyes burn.

Dear sir, the correlation of the burning eyes is unlikely to be related to intercourse. If you find yourself exhausted the next day, that may point to general fatigue and has nothing to do with intercourse. Kindly visit a physician for a general check up to rule out low hemoglobin/ vitamin d/vitamin b12, which maybe the cause of your exhaustion. Also visit an eye doctor for an eye check up to find the cause of the burning.
