I am 21 year old male, I got a wet dream 5 days ago, and day after that also I got a wet dream again which I realized then I cleaned it also, But the thing is post that daily after few hours I am getting dried particle I guess semen at the tip of penis, I cleaned it but after few hours again it comes dried, this happened for two continuous days. Now it has stopped coming, but now when I tried to masturbate I am get an erection and within a sec it goes back, I tried for 2 days tried not to take stress, but now its killing me as I am not getting an erection, also the tip of the penis is a little reddish, and it tickles me when I am sitting or standing making me very uncomfortable, This problem of sometime not getting erection I faced first time 7-10 months back and after 2-3 days it was normal again, I take stress of my studies, but now this is happening for 2nd time, please help me.
